NEX-7, Shutter speed at 1080p/60 FPS for smooth video

I am recording video clips with NEX-7 with manual lenses I have. I would like to get smooth video at 1080p, 60 FPS.

For smooth video, the denominator of shutter speed needs to be approximately double the number of Frames Per Second, in other words, if recording at 60 frames per second, you want the shutter speed to be 1/125th of a second.

I set aperture to be so, but when moving to the different subjects, the shutter speed is changing. Is there a possibility to block shutter speed at 1/125 for the time of recording the clip ?

I know it can be done in Manual mode, but there the Auto ISO is not working.

I was searching the forums and did not find the same topic for NEX-7.
