More LX7 Movie-mode Crippling

.

Has anybody else noticed that when you engage the LX7 internal ND filter with Shutter Priority Creative Video mode your minimum F-stop becomes fixed at f4.0?

Shutter Preferred at 1/30 or 1/60 is the normal mode a 'Pro' would use when shooting with this camera. This f4.0 limit makes the ND filter useless when shooting individual or group portraiture, as it limits the amount of bokeh one can get by opening up the lens.

Curiously, this limit is not present in Manual or Aperture-Preferred Creative Video modes, only in Shutter Preferred, the usual setting for professional-looking natural motion-blur.

I haven't been able to work around this yet, short of ordering an external ND64 filter All suggestions welcomed.
