Lens thread on DPM?

AS a side question. Does the rear of the lens move while focussing? Or is it an inner focusing lens?
The rear, I don't know, I cannot look into the camera
The front-element of the DP2M moves back and forth. If you look
at a photo of the DP2M, the riffled part of the lens including the
front element, right inside the lens specification text on the front,
retracts by 3.5mm when the lens is set to infinity.

Thanx! Rear and front A typo. Sometimes its a handicap to write in a language that is not your own. Sometimes you write the wrong thing even in ones native language.
