Take tripod too.

I've been in Victoria, CA 15 years ago. It stays in my memory as one of most beautiful places I've been. Victoria has busy tourist downtown with many urbana photo opportunities - street artists, people, nice architecture, small shops and galleries.

Coastline is cliff and rocky, one of most beautiful - take tripod there and use 16mm end of your lens.

Vancouver is also surrounded by prestine nature - mountains, salmon-run rivers, rainforests - photography paradise...

Take many pics and share here, I'll be happy to see place I've been long time ago.

Person is taking photos, not camera. When photograph is bad, it's because photographer doesn't know how to choose settings optimal to "own preferences". Then blames camera for bad IQ.
This is same as blaming car about arriving to wrong destination.
