heh heh, walked right into my trap

Have you read the patents? Or you just didn't think I would read them? All bogus or for minor changes that no one cares about, and have zero impact on the real world way we use these common devices.

The points, all these basic devices were in use well before your so called patents. None of this stuff was originally patented, in their original form. But they all had the bogus modern age patents that takes 5 seconds of brainpower. Garbage patents that are only useful for patent wars.

If tails fins on cars were "in" today someone would patent them, and sue when other car designers put them on their cars.

Oh, one of your patents show that Samsung invented the digital, onscreen keyboard that Apple loves.

It you had actually researched what you posted you would find that most, if not all of the things you mentioned are in fact patented.

Rotary knob - http://www.patents.com/us-5513268.html

Patented in 1994. For a digital rotary knob. Which was already in use at the time.

Didn't the 1st tube radio have a volume control? And I used a digital volume control in 1960 on high end audio. Use a stepped resistor source for a nice "feel."

Pushbutton for car radio - http://patents.com/us-4020704.html

Patented 1975 - pushbutton radios were in use in the 1950's. The patent is granted to Matsushita. Bet that shocks Ford.

toggle switch - http://patents.com/us-7687730.html

Patented 2006. Gee. Do you think we used a toggle switch before that? How about WWI?

Keyboards - http://patents.com/us-8125347.html (many listed)

Patented 2009. I think I remember using a keyboard before this Of all types.

And this patent was granted to (drum roll) Samsung. Meaning that Apple copied Samsung's work

Mouse - http://patents.com/us-8164568.html (many listed)

Patented 2009. In Taiwan. I guess Apple didn't invent the mouse like I thought.

Steering Wheel - http://patents.com/us-8177019.html

Uhm, the steering wheel was patented in 2007? What's wrong with this concept
