What does m4/3 do that the Sony RX100 can't? What am I missing?

So, I am still struggling to identify what the M4/3 can do that the Sony RX100 can't.

Sony RX100 goes all the way down to f/1.8 and ranges from 28-100mm

My E-PL1 has the following:

  • 14-42mm kit lens

  • 20mm f/1.8 pancake,

  • 40-150 zoom,

Assuming I never buy another ($500) lens, the RX100 seems to have ALL of the above E-PL1 capability in 1 lens!

What am I missing? Why bother carrying 3 lenses and a larger E-PL1 when I can have almost the exact same capabilities an RX100 all in one??

The only advantages of m4/3 I can identify are:

  • m4/3 has a larger sensor

  • m4/3 has extra zoom of 150mm? (Which I never use)

Thanks for clearing this up.
