The Nikon 200mm f/4 AI Nikkor is a little too steep at the moment. If I push my limit too far I know I'll just put it off for longer and become impulsive. I'm a horrible saver.

I did however see one at 1400.00, but was listed on a gray market, though I'm not too sure what that means.

Thank you thank you thank you for those beautiful 70-300mm examples!
I'm almost 100% sold now. I love the images I saw with the 200mm, f/4 also,

do you guys think it would be wise to purchase the 70-300mm now and set my next goal for the 200mm? Or am I thinking too far ahead now? Haha.
