Which Macro? Tamron 60mm, Sigma 70mm DG, Sigma 90mm

Yes, with slight edge to 60mm.
60mm f/2
MFD: 230 mm
Max length: 80 mm
Distance: 150 mm

90mm f/2.8
MFD: 290 mm
Max length: 150 mm
Distance: 140 mm

So, the difference is only 1 cm.

Pros - Larger aperture for portraiture (but not necessarily for macro work). Good focal length for portraits. The lens is IF and does not extend (unlike Sigma 70 and Tamron 90). In fact, it has the longest distance to object at 1:1 macro of the three.

Maybe I'm wrong but I believe the effective end of lens to subject distance is almost the same as the Tamron 90.
