Joyless, I think you're confused about LV calculated from the Exif data. It doesn't record the scene luminance level . It shows what the shutter speed, aperture & ISO settings used for this image suit, if the scene luminance was sufficient to well-expose the image (according to the manufacturer's idea of a good exposure).

So, with the the same camera settings and the same scene luminance, you add a ND512 filter. The image is now not well-exposed, but the Exif data knows nothing about that, just the settings you used.
