If you are looking purely for video, for that price, how about the K-01 and some Limited Prime and/or a DA* lens from Pentax? For the video capabilities, it is the cheapest option you can get for the quality (I know quite a few that prefer it to even the 5DII's video).

If you plan to use a steady cam, you won't be using a viewfinder, which then negates the lack of one

Depending on the type of video, you will obviously need different lenses. But some very high quality lenses to take a look at would be:

DA* 16-50 f/2.8
DA* 50-135 f/2.8
DA* 55 f/1.4

DA 15mm f/4 LIMITED
DA 70mm f/2.4 LIMITED

DA 40mm f/2.8 XS

FA 31mm f/1.8 LIMITED
FA 43mm f/1.9 LIMITED
FA 77mm f/1.8 LIMITED
