Re: EX2F Availability
Not to mention the larger DOF inherent with the larger sensor on the NX200 vs. the OMD. And there is no 85/1.4 for the OMD. There is a 75/1.8 Although its almost a stop slower, it pretty much costs the same as the excellent Samsung 85/1.4. Availability for the Olympus 75/1.8 is worse than the Samsung 85/1.4!
If portraits are your game, there isn't a better mirror-less combo than the Samsung
85/1.4 on a NX20 or other body.

I think the EX2 release is viewed by some people in DPR as a bit of a turkey shoot so the fun may have only just begun. It will be a relief when it is properly reviewed for better or for worse. The NX20 has had a fairly good review up against the OMD-D EM5 in What Digital Camera. They said if you can stump up the money for the OMD get it but they rated the NX20 marginally higher for resolution and said for portraits the NX20 had a marginally larger tonal range. It seemed to stand up pretty well overall but they did find user lock out while writing files frustrating.

I'll bet the waiting list is short. Between the poor samples posted so far, the Sony RX100 , Samsung's seemingly poor marketing , and let's not forget the snake's venom , which when all combined had to kill off any early forum interest generated.
The best we can hope for is the EX2F is indeed a real improvement on the EX1 and redeems itself and maybe then we can bung the pie hole of the naysayers .
