D800, anything special about wet cleaning the sensor?

I found lenspens to be undesirable. They can pick up grit and become like sandpaper. There is a reason you are only supposed to use a sensor swab for one pass per side of the swab. They can pick up oils and smear the sensor surface. I also don't like the idea of blowing that carbon dust into the camera works.
