De-Fishing Fisheye shots using Mac and Aperture???

Took a recent tour of Southern Ireland and it was my first serious attempts at using a true (as opposed to adapters) Fisheye lens.

I got the lens because I like the distorted perspective but in another thread someone showed me a "de-fished" version of this shot.
Any suggestions for plug-ins or software to play with "de-fishing"?
As I said in the title I recently switched to a Mac and Aperture.
Thanks, Steve
