Thanks for looking. Obviously, the "secret formula" thing was tongue in cheek and meant to attract attention, but my point is that it's really not hard at all. As a matter of fact, none of it really is, at least from a technical standpoint. With all the technological wonders available to us (including those you mentioned) real quality still comes from drilling down on the basics- in this case, a long exposure, a sharp, wide lens, a sturdy tripod, and the most important parts of all- a well processed RAW file and some interesting subject material. We've learned so much about our incredible new tools and techniques that we sometimes forget the simple stuff.
