Crooked photos - bad skill or focus screen alignment?

I think now that the 5D has built in precise electronic level, I believe control starts with setting up level with it and the subject could be a carpenters level or a still body of water.

I don't have a 5DMKIII to play with I'll do a 7D test and see what I get.
