Nikon 24mm f/1.4G
I've had the 24mm f/1.4G for a while now, but I never really used it at full aperture during the daytime mainly because it was too bright. I purchased a variable ND filter not long ago and I decided to try taking pictures at f/1.4. If I turn the filter too much one way it vignettes in two corners. You'll see that in the first photo. I could have eliminated the vignetting if I turned the ring but I didn't for this picture.
I always liked when people posted examples, good or bad, of lenses I was interested in purchasing, so I thought I'd give those folks still on the fence an example. I included a shot taken at f/8 just for comparison.
I have more examples with the lens (and others) on my flickr photostream, see my signature for the link.
Always have a camera with you and make sure you use it.
