Nex 5N vs Olympus OM-D EM-5

Can someone highlight the benefits from a personal standpoint of the OM-D vs something like Nex 5n + Sigma 19mm or Sigma 30mm ($700 combo with either), or D5100+35mm 1.8 ($700 combo).

The OM-D is really nice looking, but things like the

  • low res. EVF vs the 5n addon (5n+VF addon are still cheaper than OM-D)

  • jello effect in movies

  • black borders in the rear LCD

are really putting me off the system.

If I end up buying it, I will most likely get it in silver + 45mm 1.8 and the Panasonic 20mm 1.7 (will it autofocus and meter with this?).

Since they already sourced the sensor from Sony, why on earth didn't they go for the high-res. EVF found in the Nex-7 or the 5N addon? It would make it such an easier decision to get it...

Also, can someone explain why I'm seeing so severe rolling shutter/jello effects on youtube when people review the OM-D Em-5?

Also #2 - any hope for 24-25p for EU users in a firmware update?

I am not trying to troll or anything, I'm interested in this camera, especially as a kit combo it seems a very good one (with the 12-50mm lens), great image quality, great looks (the silver body), great weather sealing (or so I hope).
