Having shot a wedding at a park with a K-5, the key is to underexpose. Use the K-5 with the 50-135mm and the K20D with the 16-50mm. Be sure they focus correctly and don't have front or back focus problems. Use the 50-135 at f/4.0 or smaller and the 16-50mm at f/4.5 or smaller. I'd go with using M mode, and correct thing in post-process, using lightroom.

I don't think you'll have enough time to think about umbrellas, as everything happens quite fast. Unless they are posed shots, but still can be time consuming.

If you're doing a reception, switch the 16-50mm over to the K-5 and a flash for photos of the couple with guests.

For posed couple only photos, the 50-135 is lovely @f/3.5 or smaller, as I suppose the 43 is also @f/1.9.
