Re: My 200Vr seems to work fiine on the D4

I have just replied at some length to your Zenfolio questions of a couple of days ago - aplogies for the delay.

I now discover that you are one of those people I really hate, resent and am jealous of - an owner of a 200mm f/2.0! I have borrowed one of these from Nikon on many occasions (which I greatly apprecieate, they have no obligation and the loan has often been over a couple of weeks) It is a superb lens and whilst my 70-200 is good, the 200mm separates the men from the boys. You really can see the difference.

It is the one piece of kit I really lust after but having invested so much over the past

couple of years I am trying to keep things sensible and hold off on this one until next year.

It is a great lens for court-side work at tennis but a real secret weapon for squash photography. So many other uses also.

I admire your balls in investing. It is only slightly better than the 70-200 but the difference is surely noticeable.

Q:- What's the difference between artists and photographers?
A:- Two artists can have a conversation without discussing their paintbrushes!
