NX20 & 18-55--played with 3-frame panos stitched in Photoshop today

Shot at 18mm in front of the house on a rare rainy day. Used a normal ballhead and overlapped the frames a small abount--I use the 1/3 grid in the viewfinder/display panel and rotated the silver SUV just to the outside of the 1/3 lines for the left and right panels.

I have Photoshop CS5/12.0.4 and used the automated Photomerge. The Cylindrical Layout worked very well and did a perfect--viewed at 100%--job. Both the Auto and Perspective layouts enlarged the lefthand frame too much. Sorry I couldn't find a more-interesting subject.

Aspect ratio is 2.18:1. I think I'll stop looking for wide-angle lenses; this 18 is plenty good enough.

Have ordered a 50-200; we'll see how that goes.

Damned amateur fotografer trying to get a little more serious again.
