Lens suggestions for Ireland trip

My wife and I are making our first trip to Ireland next month. Have been to Europe several times (London & environs, Paris, Holland/Belgium and Italy twice) and my shots tend to be in the wide to normal range. Have always taken whatever long zoom I had at the time (shoot Olympus 4/3 & m4/3 so that was either the 50-200 or the 40-150) but probably only used them for less than 10% of my total shots.
We are on a guided tour from Dublin to Shannon.

Currently using the Olympus EM5. Plan on taking the 12-50 (24-100 eq.) and either one or both of my pancakes (14mm 2.5 and 20mm 1.7) for indoors/night as the 12-50 is a bit slow.

Question is whether I will miss much leaving the 40-150 (80-300 eq.) at home. I can take a much smaller bag if I leave the longer lens home.
Any thoughts, suggestions?
Thanks,
Steve
