The S3 and S5 are great cameras. This was at a time where Fuji was at their best, in my opinion. I am sure they will last a long time.
I still consider bridge cameras as point and shoot. Thats my opinion also.

as for fuji on longer in the dslr market, who knows what tomorrow will bring.
as for only making point and shoots and the x1 pro, hmm i see a lot of bridge cameras out there...
