I use the legacy 43 lens and i use CAF + tracking to pan..yes the CAF can be used to track these cars

you can view more GT cars panning pics taken using OM-D and 50-200..some of them is taken using the Zuiko 4/3 70-300 lens..

Could you please explain how you get the C-AF working with the FT lenses?

That's something I never heard of and my 50-200 - unfortunately the SWD version) would never do so.
