This may be a silly question but what is the lens equivilent of the human eye if such a thing can be asked? Excluding 3D capability of the human eye.

Aperture f/2.1-f/8.3, focal length about 22mm; angle of view approx 155 degrees horizontally, 135 degrees vertically.

Sometimes I felt my FE gives a "normal" angle of view, while the 20-25 mm focal lenghts constrain the angle of view. Your data show the reason.

Unfortunately, the fact that the quality of the image degrades gradually from the center to the edges, it is difficult to compare the eye with any commercial lens, where such performance would be unacceptable. You can find more comparisons, including a simulated single glance image, here: http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/cameras-vs-human-eye.htm
