Mark III, Mark IV, or 5D (wedding)

Hello. I'm a Nikon amateur shooter about to get married and need some advice from the lovely Canon crowd.

My budget allows for 3 professionals: 1 videographer, and 2 photographers.

I want one of the photographers to usel film (eos 3).

Now, the guy has the 5D, the Mark III, and Mark IV.

Since film in my country now counts as a special requirement, the guy only has enough lenses for 3 cameras (one of which will be the eos 3).

My question is which 2 will you take (and which one will you leave out) from the 5D, MIII, and MIV.

My doubt arises from the fact that the 5D is the only full-frame in the digital bunch, and I'm particularly interested in depth of field (see note below).

So again, which 2 will you take (and which one will you leave out) from the 5D, MIII, and MIV?

Note: as I understand, there is a difference in DoF between FF and cropped sensors if you want the same field of view for a given f-number. But don't get caught in this discussion please.
