Dropped new OM-D, lock-ups cured :)
Don't try it.
Mine had locked up thrice, once during playback and then another time it went to a sleep so sound that it never woke up, till i pulled out the batteries. Third time, i tried to take two successive shots at a low fps and god knows what happened...
Soon after, i dropped it from a meter or so, and it got dented near the battery compartment, so much so that i can see some of metal inside, well, barely, and the batter door has stiffened.
Anyway, no lock ups after that.
On a serious note, i don't think that's the cure, it's just so, that it hasn't locked up after that...and i'm sure it will.
Using the kit lens.
I want someone/oly to figure this out...i don't have a huge problem with this as long as it becomes very frequent...
Does turning the sleep off in menu helps?
