Mega OIS and jitter!
I use my Panasonic 14-140mm with my GH2. I mostly use the camera for video.
When using the OIS on the lens I often seem to get small "jumps" in the video image both seen in the EVF/LCD when recording and of course in the playback afterwards. The image when viewed frame by frame has largely blurred image that lasts about 2 frames where the frames before and after it are sharp.
I first noticed this when I had the camera on a tripod and had forgotten to switch off the OIS. But since them I also often get it when I am hand-holding the camera. When the OIS is switched off these "jumps" don't occur. I have a Nikon D5100 which has VR fitted to their lens and this seems more stable in hand-held shots. Anyone else noticing this issue?
