Filter brand and size questions
Otherwise you'll need to buy and store lens caps for each filter as well, plus rubber lens hoods that may cause vignetting on zooms.
There's also the step-down rings to be considered.
For special effects filters like Cokin, get the large filters. I bought the "amateur" model back in the 1980s, and hardly any of my current lenses has a small enough filter diameter to be used with it.
