Eh, when it comes to SUVs and audio equipment I usually use a Consumer Reports inverse rating.

The closer an SUV is to a car, the more they like them. But I buy an SUV because I want things like ground clearance, real 4x4, rugged suspension components, a drive train that can be abused, etc. If I wanted a car, I'd buy a car.

And the more do-dads a piece of audio equipment has, and the better the paper specs are, the more they like it. Who cares what it sounds like, so long as it has lots of buttons.

There's no reason to think they'd be any better at reviewing cameras...
