Regarting the chip battery

wjw, It's very easy to replace the battery located in the chip;

"There are 3 very small holes, 2 at top of chip and 1 small hole at the bottom middle of chip. These little holes snap on to the 3 little tits on the cart itself. You can pry up the chip either at the top or bottom of chip. I found it much easier to accomplish prying up chip with an x-acto blade. There are 2 prongs holding the battery in place, pry the 2 prongs up, remove and replace battery and do the reverse bit. To put the chip back onto the cart you just snap it back in place. Like I said it is very easy to do"

Also what I'm going to do if I ever have to replace a battery is first try the battery in an old wristwatch with a second hand just to make sure that the replacement battery isn't dead.
