Which book is your favorite on Lighting?

Another vote for Light, Science and Magic .......its a long winded book better read in sections.....a lot of Light.......a lot of Science...but in my opinion not much Magic.
But still a worthwhile read.

I dont mind your lighting on this ...what I think could be improved is content.

And thats worth thinking about. Thats where the magic lies.......you can have all the light and all the science...but without brilliant content your shots will be boring at best.

The bowl is ok....but needs cleaning in post processing..but the cherries look thrown in..not designed..and the blobs right on the end of the stalks

would be better cut off. I would have also made the colour on the cherries work harder in your initial choice of cherries and their positioning...and held back a bit with the gloss.

I like the focus point and the grey circle...........but for me however good the exposure and focus are.......they key thing is content. What you are actually taking a picture of.
