I have a Raynox DCR-150. It works well with a long telephoto lens (e.g 150mm), but is less effective at shorter focal lengths. With my Oly 14-42 I could get down to an image width of 4.2cm. The more powerful DCR-250 might be a better option.

You should also check the filter size of your lens. The Raynox clip-on adaptor has a minimum size of 52mm.
