I find their service remarkable - they treat me as I would want to be treated.

Today I returned a tripod case that I bought yesterday. I was in and out in 20 minutes, yakked it up with the same salesman (who remembered me) and had yet another good experience at B&H.

I'm lucky - I work around the corner, so it's my 'local' store. And the place is always packed with both locals and tourists. And yet the guy giving me my bag had a minute to chat about this and that, like we were old friends. That's the B&H I know. Good selection, good prices, excellent service.
