Confirming the Spyder3 Pro will do two monitors, but in all the times using it (I do own one), I can't remember seeing an Advanced Mode for manually setting RGB. Maybe that's because my monitors, a Dell U2412M and 2005FPW don't have that option. Not sure, but I'll check.

Supposedly the Spyder4 hardware is better than that of the Spyder3, so you may want to check it out. Also, from the little I've read, and I may be wrong, but it seems you need to have a video card that can load two discreet LUT's (Look up tables). Not sure on that one so do some reading on your end.

Overall though, hardware calibration is worth it with how cheap they can be these days.
