s100fs: Little beetle and its larva
It could seem so, but I have strong doubts:
In this other picture it clearly looks like the animal is feeding on the leave. And the larvas of the Coccinellidae are carnivorous.
On the leaves of the same branches it was possible to find adults, larvas and pupas
The larvas of crysomelidae are in fact similar to those of the coccinellidae: https://www.google.it/search?um=1&hl=it&newwindow=1&safe=off&biw=1221&bih=539&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=larva+crysimelidae&oq=larva+crysimelidae&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_l=img.12...10190.16482.0.176220.127.116.11.10.10.0.195.295.0j2.2.0...0.0.oFIX8tu-OS0
