I was waiting for someone in this forum to mention this. As much as I like my EX1, I've put my name down for an RX100. What it has over the EX1 is the sensor (about 3X the area) and the size (much more pocketable). The two things you have to give up are the articulated LCD and the 24mm. The reach is actually a bit longer, so that almost balances out. I understand that the upcoming EX2 will have f/1.4 at 24mm, which would be otherwisw tempting (assuming that it's optically as good as the EX1's lens), but the sensor is the same size as the EX1's.
If its the same size sensor but BSI-CMOS then I will be interested, because I do want 24mm wide angle.
