TG-1 vs. Canon G12: Lake's edge photos
Returning the TG-1. What my pictures do not show, is how poorly the TG-1 did when used from the kayak: About half the pictures were too blurry. And some of the keepers had washed out colors.
It's fast, when you stay away from scene modes. And OLED display is 2nd to none! And love the control layout.
The # of blown shots is too much of a sacrifice. One acceptable shot of a swan family out of 8; don't always get that many attempts. Is the culprit the sensor shift image stabilization? Or something else.
Considering the Canon D20, but waiting to hear from Robert Anderson, to see if it has the same problem in the kayak.
