Not up to your star shots standards

Todd, your night shots of the stars etc. are really good. This shot and the other of this park in your gallery fail to impress. The lighting is flat, with unflattering shadows, the composition is flat and a few other nits (like one can see the road in the picture in the middle of the frame).

You should try and take some shots during the early AM or late evening (post sunset and after sunrise) during the twilight hours to really bring out the colors and mood. Landscapes work best during those times.
