Which is precisely my point. When you make a lot of money from the photo and the model comes calling to get a chunk, you end up with word against word. And that will turn out very costly for you.

Thus, a model release form is a very good thing to have if you ever hope to make any money on your photos. If you always have one, you can sell any photos you like. If you skip them because they're only to keep lawyers away, you're gambling.
