I use the Micro 2.8, that goes equally well, with a Kipron (or Kiron) adapter. With the long throw of the Micro Nikkor focussing, it's a pleasure to use, expecially using the LCD rear finder. Enlarging you can get really precise focus. It's a micro view camera, really, without movements, of course.
