Simple D800 Program Mode question

Hey, longtime S5 user here pretty much sold on the D800 (whenever the hell they'll be available) and I was wondering if this program feature would be available that would make my life easier and my work better quality:

I'd like to pre-program a few settings that I can flip back and forth on a dime, and this would be a possible scenario.

1st preference: ISO 800 - f/8 - 1/60, shoe mount flash to trigger TTL or Auto
(bride approaching groom on aisle, etc.)

then flip quickly to:
2nd preference: ISO 3200 - f/2.8 - 1/20 - B&W mode, no flash triggered
(long range shot of dad walking bride down aisle from doorway)

then switch to:

3rd pref: ISO 200 - f/16 - 1/200 - Color, extended dynamic range or highlight protection in sun
(couple walking out from dark narthex and doors onto bright church steps)

Is this something this model is capable of doing in all Manual mode so I can tweak after I flip thru prefs?

Please feel free to add any experience or if I'm not making this clear enough, and thanks for the input in advance...
