Safari in Namibia. What lenses and bodies to take

I have brought the OM EM-5 with 12-50mm and the Panasonic 100-300mm for a self-drive camping trip to Namibia. We will spend 4 nights in Etosha and the rest travelling around in a 4x4. I imagine there will be a lot of shots from the car (I'm looking for a bean bag - any suggestions?) and around the waterholes in low light (tripod or a monopod?).

I also own GFI and GH1 bodies and the following lenses:
M4/3 lenses
Olympus 9-18mm
Panasonic 20mm
Panasonic 14-45mm
Panasonic 45-200mm
Panasonic 14-140mm

Legacy lenses
SMC Pentax 50mm 1:1.4
Nikkor 105mm 1:2.5
Nikkor 200mm 1:4
RMC Tokina 135mm 1:2.8

Most of the time we will be in or near the car, so weight is not the biggest factor but I don't want to haul around a ton of stuff I won't use.
