Macbook Pro (non-retina): Antiglare or glossy screen?

I'm in the market for a new Macbook Pro. I've already looked at various forum discussions about the screens (antiglare or glossy). But none of them give any real answers, so:

What's the better screen in terms of "calibration-ability"? Is antiglare really better? Apart from the obvious "less reflection":
What's the differences in terms of..
LCD-technology?
Viewing-Angle?
Contrast-Ratio (less is often better, because it's closer to print)
Colours?
etc....

I'm well aware that a laptop monitor isn't the same as a dedicated Eizo or NEC. (I've got an Eizo for when I work from home). But "on location" (be it in the glaring sunlight, or in a dark hotel room): overall - is the antiglare really the better choice?
