E-3 Problem

I was in Yellowstone last week shooting photos. I have an Olympus E-3 which has always worked great, but last week when I was shooting some buffalo photos it seemed okay and then all of a sudden I could not see what I just shot (way too dark). I can review the earlier photos okay and they show up great, but the ones taken after a small camera noise are way under exposed.

Have any of you with this camera had that problem or do any of you know what it might be. I was on the aperture setting when this happened. I thought at first I might have hit a button, but that is not the case.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance. Bill
