On that case I can any dedicated microscope camera suggestions. I mean it will be a 2 camera solution.

We have a pair of Nikon DS-Fi1 cameras on our microscopes linked to Nikon NIS Elements software. Works beautifully, allows measurement, stacking, all kinds of image processing. Cost about $20K.

I have a Lumenera Infinity 2 camera on another microscope. I don't remember what that cost but I think it was about $4k. So that stuff ain't cheap.

I would investigate solutions with micro 4/3 cameras; Olympus is very big in microscopes and probably has a kit for their cameras.
