I guess this has been discussed before. I am a relatively new XZ1 user and fairly pleased with the camera. Does anyone know where the CCD sensor is sourced from? (not that I can change it :)) I'm disappointed in it's high ISO performance. Is it an older type CCD? I recently snapped up an end of model Canon SX220HS travel zoom for half price. It's only got a 1/2.3"sensor but it's a BSI-CMOS type and it appears to have better output and lower noise at ISO 1600 and ISO 3200 c.w. the larger CCD in the Oly. The XZ1 is still better in most real world shooting of course due to the much brighter lens allowing lower ISOs. I hope the XZ1s replacement uses some new sensor technology. I also hope they fix the video without the bad focus hunting and also use a more efficient codec.
