Re: Powerfull studio strobe for HSS???

One is more flat and one is more directive, there is no better or worse or when, just matter of preference, and the subject.

There is really no rule for lighting, there are masters in each different kind of lighting that proives photography is photographer-mattered, not equipment mattered.

I am currently using Paul C Buff Einstein strobe for on-location wedding stuff. But it only lets me sync at 1/200 and I am really tired of using powerfull ND filters for low DOF shots. I use a tripod and liveview for focusing, but with the ND filters the screen gets very dark.

I know my speedlites do high-speed sync and I even have PW TT5's, but they really dont have much power in HSS mode.

Is anyone using powerfull (600Ws+) strobes that is able to sync at fast shutter speeds?
