I tried Nature for a while but found way too much red in skin-tones so now I am back to Standard with noise reduction at minus 2, all others (saturation,sharpness & contrast) at +1.

Part of the problem is that it's not easily reproduced every time - I would say that only 1 in 200 or less are noticeably yellow, most are fine to my eyes....
