I own all three lenses, but I have been to Galapagos. From what I know of the place, I would say that if I will only take two lenses, those would be the 16-35 and 70-200, specially carrying two bodies so that lens changes can be avoided.

(Having said that, I am almost addicted to the 24-120 F4 and if I could take only one lens that would be it, and if I could squeeze it in, I'd probably use it more than either of the other two)
