Makernotes and DNG conversion

Hi guys,

as I'm using Lightroom for my images, I'm always thinking about converting my whole image-library from different raw-images into DNG (incl. deletion of original RAWs).

I understood that since RAW is a proprietary format it's not always documented completely. Even if it is there is usually some "makernotes" that are simply included (untouched) into the DNG file. I can live with that approach but I wonder if my images-formats are all supporting it.

I mostly got

RAW (Leica D-LUX3)
AWR (Sony NEX-7)
CR2 (Canon S90)
CRW (Canon S70)

Do you know if those formats are being converted lossless?

Thanks for your feedback and CHEEEERS!
